I work with individuals seeking support following traumatic or overwhelming experiences, whether they occurred recently or have been affecting them for years. This includes both single-incident traumas and longer-term patterns of trauma, as well as intimacy, sexuality, and relationship concerns.
My work is grounded in EMDR, an approach that recognizes that difficult experiences can remain unprocessed and continue to affect how we feel, think, and relate to others. Through EMDR, the brain can process these experiences in a way that reduces their impact on the present, allowing them to become part of your history rather than something that continues to shape your daily life.
